Privacy policy

This policy describes the public status website for the Archdiocese Wrocław Roblox project and its update subscription.

Fictional project
The website belongs to a Roblox roleplay community and is not a website of a real-world church institution.

Controller and scope

The controller is Piotr Nogalski. Contact: piotrnogalski70@gmail.com or tyysiek@proton.me. This policy takes account of the GDPR, Polish data-protection law and, where applicable, United States federal and state law.

Data we process

We may process an e-mail address voluntarily provided for subscriptions, technical request data needed for security, and the browser choice of language and cookie consent. The e-mail is used for incident and maintenance updates. We do not need a password, identity-document number or health data.

Legal basis and sharing

The subscription is based on consent. Security and service maintenance are based on legitimate interest. Data may be processed by hosting, e-mail, database and monitoring providers, including outside the EEA, using safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR. We do not sell personal data for money.

Subscriptions and cookies

The subscription is optional. Each message should include an unsubscribe option; you may also contact the administration. Necessary cookies and browser storage support the session, language and consent choice. Optional analytics or advertising requires the appropriate consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Polish law, you may request access, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. You may complain to the UODO. Where US law applies, including CCPA/CPRA or similar state laws, additional rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal, opting out of sale or sharing, targeted advertising and non-discrimination. Such laws apply only where their requirements cover the particular situation.

Children, retention and security

The website is not intended to knowingly collect data from children under 13. A parent or guardian may request deletion of such data. Subscription data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the service ends; logs are kept only as long as needed for security and incident analysis. We apply access controls and technical measures appropriate to the data.
